How do I start using POSChai?
Visit POSChai and request your shop workspace. The 14-day trial starts after admin approval. Add your products, set up your checkout and invite your staff once the workspace is active. A paid plan is needed to continue after the trial.
Can I continue selling without internet?
Yes, for cash sales on a register prepared while online. Offline access lasts up to 24 hours after preparation. Sales stay on that device and retry syncing when the connection returns. Review any price or stock conflicts in the sync center. Online payment gateways need internet.
Which plan should I choose?

Can I use my own branding and payment accounts?
You can configure your shop logo, receipt format, checkout rules and tax settings. Supported online payment and notification services use your own configured accounts; those services must be set up before use.
