Customer Support Agent (Full Time) - Morning Shift
Provide fast, helpful, and human support for hosting, domain, and account-related issues during Morning Shift.
Job Requirements & Key Responsibilities
- Understand task requirements and concepts clearly.
- Use WHMCS and CRM systems to manage, create, modify, and analyze orders.
- Provide timely and effective communication to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Work with Google Meet, Google Workspace, Slack, and Discord when needed.
Requirements
- Must have a personal computer.
- Must have a good internet connection.
- Should have a strong understanding of web development, WHMCS, and CRM environments.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
