Provide fast, helpful, and human support for hosting, domain, and account-related issues during the evening shift.

Job Requirements & Key Responsibilities

  • Understand task requirements and concepts clearly.
  • Use WHMCS and CRM systems to manage, create, modify, and analyze orders.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Work with Google Meet, Google Workspace, Slack, and Discord when needed.

Requirements

  • Must have a personal computer.
  • Must have a good internet connection.
  • Should have a strong understanding of web development, WHMCS, and CRM environments.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Meet, Google Workspace, Slack, or Discord.
