Help customers succeed with fast, human support across hosting, domains, and account issues.
What you will do
- Handle customer issues across live chat, tickets, and email.
- Guide customers through hosting, domain, billing, and migration questions.
- Document recurring problems and improve internal troubleshooting flows.
- Coordinate with engineering when issues need escalation or technical follow-up.
What we need
- Excellent written communication in English.
- Prior experience in hosting, SaaS, or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and calm customer handling.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations without losing quality.

- Experience with WHMCS, cPanel, or domain management workflows.
